a trip to
bar harbor, maine
In late September 2024, Austin (my boyfriend) and I traveled to Bar Harbor, Maine for the week. It was my first time there, and will not be my last!
We did a lot of hiking and eating, and I had my camera with me the entire time (which was nerve-wracking while scaling rocks). We stayed in Southwest Harbor in a beautiful AirBnb.
Monday ➺ Stewman’s lobster dinner & settled in
Tuesday ➺ Ship Harbor Trail Southwest Harbor hike, Bass Harbor Head Light station walk, ate at Jordan pond, hiked Jordan pond, terrace grill & ice cream at Jordan's.
Wednesday ➺ Cadillac Mountain Sunrise & stopped along the road on the way down. Sandy beach & thunderhole hike. Jeannie's breakfast in Bar Harbor, Beech mountain hike. Stopped at Echo Beach. Beals Lobster pound for dinner. Seal Cove for sunset.
Thursday ➺ hiked The Great Head Trail, lobster/seal boat tour, shopped in Bar Harbor, ate at the Thirsty Whale, got Jordan's ice cream on the lawn.
Friday ➺ hiked Schooners cave (too high tide to get into caves). Ate at Jordan pond for brunch. Shopped around Bar Harbor. Ate at Charlotte's legendary lobster pound (the best lobster roll). Sunset at seawall rocks
my videography
If I’m not taking pictures, I’m making a video! I love capturing simple, cinematic moments and colorgrading through Final Cut Pro X with Dehancer. A lot of my videography mirrors my photography, and nothing is better than a still from a video. I haven’t done work for the public yet, but maybe one day!
